Nanjing, a beautiful place in the regionssouth of the Yangtze River, is the imperial state ofJinling. It is surrounded by natural mountains and rivers, and has a longhistory and culture.
项目位于南京江宁区,方山风物荟萃,秦淮河濡染千年文韵。
The project is located in JiangningDistrict of Nanjing, where the scenery of Fangshan is abundant and the QinhuaiRiver is permeated with thousands of years of literary charm.
Chapter 1设计创造客户价值
▸洞察 | 客户价值南京人,既有北方的端庄浑厚,又有南方的灵巧细腻,豁朗大气却不乏谦逊与低调,他们始终在追寻一种惬意、优雅的人文情结。
Nanjing people, both dignified of the Northand dexterous and delicate of the South, are not only magnanimous but alsomodesty. They have always been in pursuit of a cozy and elegant humanisticcomplex.
▸思考 | 设计出发点 设计以创造客户价值为出发点,深入探寻属于当代人惬意、品位的生活方式,重塑南京生活的东方意蕴,传递项目人文、诗意的品牌内涵。
Taking creating customer value as thestarting point, this design in-depth explores a comfortable, tasteful lifestyle which belongs to the contemporary people. It reshapes the Orientalconnotation of Nanjing life, and conveys the humanistic and poetic brandconnotation of the project.
▸关注 | 社会价值
设计关注的不止设计本身,更在于根植空间中的用户体验,带给人们惬意与美的居住体验,为客户创造价值的同时,也让设计回归生活、美好生活。
Design concerns not only the designitself, but also the user's experience rooted in the space. It brings peoplecomfortable and beautiful living experience and creating value for customers,and also lets the design get back to life and makes life better.
简,是一种生活方式,也是一种开放、包容的人生态度。
简单的空间总是耐看,简洁的线条、纯粹的色彩,用自然的材料去唤醒人们的人文记忆,予人简洁通透、阔达包容的初印象。
Simplicity is a way of life and also anopen and inclusive attitude towards life.
Simple space is always durable withsimple lines and pure color. It uses natural materials to awaken people'shumanistic memory, and gives people concise, transparent and broad inclusivefirst impression.
灯光似流水般洗过墙面,轻盈的线条与天然的银灰洞石,在空间形成流动空灵的光影,还原江南深巷里的园林旧貌。
While the light washes the wall likeflowing water, the light lines and the natural silver stone form the flowingand ethereal light and shadow in the space. It restores the old appearance ofthe garden in the deep lane.
▸ 解读 | 灰度美学
读 | 灰度美学 '美’之于艺术和设计的意义,是一种多维度的尝试、一种对生活的思考。灰度美学是主观美和客观美的统一,只有符合客观美的前提下,主观美才有价值。
The meaning of beauty in art and design is a multi-dimensional attempt and areflection on life. Gray shade aesthetics is the unity of subjective beauty andobjective beauty. Only if under the premise of objective beauty, subjectivebeauty has value.
▸ 主观美 | 平衡客户诉求

In terms of subjective beauty, morebased on customer demands, the design balances multi-dimensional demands suchas time, cost and aesthetics, thus creating an international Orientalexperience space with contemporary humanistic atmosphere.
▸客观美 | 回归设计美学观美在客观美层面,我们回归到设计美学的本质,通过元素、色彩、材质等设计语言,重新探索了一种人文、惬意的生活方式。
On the level of objective beauty, wereturn to the essence of design aesthetics. Through elements, colors, materialsand other design languages, the design reexplores a humanistic and comfortableway of life.
设计以南京的自然山水、人文古韵为创作灵感,贯穿当代、简洁的设计手法,以无形应有形,写意国际东方人文、惬意的品位生活。
The design is inspired by Nanjing'snatural landscape and cultural ancient charm. Through the contemporary and simpledesign techniques and in manner of invisible should be visible, it creates a freehandstyle of international Oriental culture and comfortable life with taste.
△ 原石雕刻
纯粹的白色块面与粗犷的原石雕刻,穿插出一种东方园林屏风的“漏景”韵味。
Pure white block surface is includedwith rough stone carving, creating a kind of screen "leakage scene"charm of Oriental garden.
细节的诠释,是恰到好处的精致。诗书、墨壶、画框静默于书架盒子,文雅之风在此荡漾。
The interpretation of details is justright delicate. Poems and books, ink pots and painting frames are silently onthe bookshelf, and the cultured ethos is ripping here.
下沉式结构设计,一隅自成天地,光火明暗之间,似隔非隔的“墙”,隐约、朦胧间透着几缕东方的诗意。
A reading area is done by sunkenstructure. Between the light and shade and through the "pane wall", itreveals a few wisps of Oriental poetry faintly and hazily.
Chapter 3人文思考
▸ 沉淀 | 人文记忆
记忆空间简洁、惬意,却没有忽视对人文、品位的需求。通过对文化解读,形成空间的文化标签,为人们带来生活艺术的品位提升。
The space is simple and comfortable,but it doesn't ignore the demand for humanity and grade. Through theinterpretation of culture, it forms the cultural label of space, and thequality of life art is improved for people.
▸ 传承 | 因地制宜、与时俱新
制宜、与时俱新 | 因地制宜、与时俱新设计着眼于当代南京人的精神需求,弱化传统售楼处的商业性质,将园林中“园”、“巷”的人文意境体现于此,赋予空间更具深度的多维认知与感悟。
The design focuses on the spiritualneeds of contemporary Nanjing people, and weakensthe commercial nature of the traditional sales office. It embodies thehumanistic artistic conception of "courtyard" and "lane" inthe garden, and endows the space with more in-depth multi-dimensional cognitionand perception.
▸ 重塑 | 生活方式
式生活方式是一种文化映照、一种价值折射。当文化、艺术与空间互相融合,空间才能真正成为生活的一部分,重塑属于当代人的一种人文、惬意的生活方式。
Life style is a kind of culturalreflection and a kind of value reflection. Only when culture, art and space areintegrated can space truly become a part of life and reshape a humanistic andcomfortable way of life belonging to contemporary people.
文化与情感在悠久的时间里积淀与发酵,从历史源头汩汩而来的秦淮河,在竹子、粗陶、石材的自然肌理间静水流深。
While culture and emotion have beenaccumulated and fermented for a long time, the Qinhuai River, which sprang fromits historical source, runs deep amid the natural texture of bamboo, coarsepottery and stone.
提取张大千《江山万里图》的墨青色点染空间的人文底色,藤编、麻织严密织着的起伏,让人从繁杂喧嚣中扯脱,绿意灵动间,获得当下的静心安宁。
This paper extracts the ink blue colorof Zhang Daqian's The Painting ofMountains and Rivers and brings out the cultural background of the space.and the ups and downs of the cane weaving and hemp weaving tightly woven makepeople get rid of the complicated and noisy city so as to obtain the peace andquiet of the present in the vivid and lively greenery.
△ 水墨渐变手绘油画
江南水乡的美在空间的一角恣意流淌,余韵灵动的水墨纹理,让空间视线在此聚焦,文人雅士的情怀自空间细处弥散而出。
The beauty of south regions of theYangtze River is flowing freely in the corner of the space. The vivid inktexture makes the space focus, and the feelings of literati are dispersed fromthe detailed parts of the space.
设计应让客户价值与社会价值趋同,为客户创造价值的同时,也应该回归生活、美好生活,给人们带来惬意与美的居住体验。
The design shouldmake customer value and social value converge. While creating value for customers, itshould also return to life and make life better, and brings people acomfortable and beautiful living experience.
