热情健谈的小夫妻，对于家的模样有十分明确的方向，甚至有些小执着。舍弃一间朝南的房间，顶住了来自长辈的压力，所有的困难都在开启家门的一瞬间成为了“值得”。

● 改造要点

● 原户型被隔成了大小不一的7个出租房，打掉多余的非承重墙，将整个空间重新规划。最大的改动就是拆掉了一个朝南的房间，让整个客厅的娱乐空间放大，设计成洄游动线，增强了空间的通透性、流线更顺畅，空间也显得更大。

● 在餐厅区域增加岛台和吧台，增加了餐厨空间的互动性。

Hally

玄关

悬空的鞋柜，挑空的玄关，设计的魅力就在于让你感到惊喜的同时觉得恰到好处。从玄关开始，隔而不离的每个空间一一给予惊喜。

The hanging shoe cabinet, the empty entrance, the charm of the design is to make you feel pleasantly surprised at the same time. Starting from the porch, each space that is not separated from each other gives surprises one by one.

Living Room

客厅

巧用承重墙，将复杂的问题简单化，顺势而为，打造令空间更为灵动的洄游动线，串联每个区域，以空间来置换时间。

Clever use of load-bearing walls simplifies complex issues, and follows the trend to create a migration line that makes the space more flexible, connecting each area in series, and replacing time with space.

用相同的元素在整个空间中互相呼应，偏冷的黑色用大面积的木饰面中和，拥有质感的同时避免由暗色带来的冷冽。

The same elements echo each other in the entire space. The cold black is neutralized with a large area of wood veneer, which has a texture and avoids the coldness brought by the dark color.

创造更多“家的角度”，人与人，人与空间的关系都更加紧密，舍弃一间卧室却让整个家看起来更有魅力。Create more "home perspectives", and the relationship between people and space is closer. Abandoning a bedroom makes the whole home look more attractive.

Activity Room

活动室

开放式活动区域开阔而敞亮，阅读、工作、收纳于一体，没有固定的功能性却让这个角落发挥出最大的功能。打破常规思维，对家的想象可以更不可思议一些。

The open activity area is open and bright. Reading, working, and storage are all in one. There is no fixed function but this corner can give full play to its function. Breaking conventional thinking, the imagination of home can be even more incredible.

Dining Room

餐厅

餐厅成为夫妻互动最多的区域，家长里短都在油盐酱醋茶中被调味，时光从百叶窗洒进又从百叶窗中褪去，是平淡生活的见证者。

The restaurant has become the area where couples interact the most. Parents’ short stories are seasoned in oil, salt, sauce and vinegar tea. Time spills in and fades out of the blinds. It is a witness to the ordinary life.

两人座小吧台带来生活小情趣，本周食谱幸福快乐外加一道阳光。The two-seater small bar brings the little taste of life, this week's recipes are happy and joyful, plus a ray of sunshine.

Kitchen

厨房

厨房与餐厅融为一体，一个岛台的设计拉近空间与人的距离。岛台上方有一个大梁体，利用这个梁体做了一个高低差的设计，掩盖梁体，增加层次感。黑色为主色的厨房与客厅也形成呼应，利用色彩呈现空间整体的效果。

The kitchen is integrated with the dining room, and the design of an island narrows the distance between space and people. There is a large beam above the island platform, which is used to make a height difference design to cover the beam and increase the sense of hierarchy. The kitchen and the living room with black as the main color also echo, using colors to present the overall effect of the space.

Master Bedroom

主卧

隐藏于木饰面之后的主卧隐秘性更佳，房型并不方正，将梳妆台放置转角，利用尴尬的空间。全屋无主灯，灯光分散于各个区域，营造不同的空间氛围。

The master bedroom hidden behind the wooden veneer has better privacy, and the room type is not square. Put the dressing table in the corner to make use of the embarrassing space. There is no main light in the whole house, and the lights are scattered in various areas to create different spatial atmospheres.
