本案是一个160㎡的精装复式，业主希望家是舒适休闲的，风格上确定了清新的韩式简约风。由于房子是中户，所以采光问题需要重视。在整个设计中，设计师充分考虑居者的需求，在精装房的布局基础上，进行改造和优化，打造出一个通透又温馨的舒适居所。

设计说明

①原始厨房较小、采光差。拆除部分墙体，做成开放式厨房，与餐厨互通，增加采光，形成LDK动线。

②原始楼梯下空间是一个小型储物间，拆除墙体、做成收纳柜，并嵌入冰箱和烤箱等电器；增设吧台，满足西厨功能。

③阳台包进客厅，扩大空间效果，并且增加洗衣区和收纳功能。

④一楼的两间卧室分别设为书房和儿童房；二楼则是主卧套间，有四分离卫生间、衣帽间和一个工作区，卧室里设置了梳妆台和休闲区，满足多种生活需求。

入目皆是清新明朗的米色，轻快愉悦的空间感迎面扑来。空间语言的塑造绝不是简单的色彩表达或风格体现，更多的是将其融入生活的每个角落。

All eyes are fresh and bright beige, light and pleasant sense of space. The shaping of space language is by no means a simple expression of color or style, but more of integrating it into every corner of life.

韩式浅色调如整间房屋，从色彩中感受舒适，从风格中回味温暖。打通阳台、入客厅，阳光透过大面的玻璃窗照进来，洒满室内，让自我内心也变的更加柔软且丰盈。

Korean-style light colors are like the whole house, feel comfortable from the colors, and warmth from the style. Open the balcony and expand into the living room. The sun shines in through the large glass windows and spreads all over the room, making the inner self softer and more abundant.

保留阳台一侧的垭口，增加收纳和洗烘功能。生活不止柴米油盐，让设计充分照顾生活，也是它的意义所在。

The pass on one side of the balcony is reserved to increase the storage and washing and drying functions. Life is not only fuel, but also the meaning of design.

开放式的餐厨空间，给生活带来了许多新灵感。一转身，就能与爱人亲密互动，也能随时照顾在客厅玩耍的孩子。设计的美妙，充盈在家里每一个空间。

The open kitchen space brings a lot of new inspiration to life. As soon as you turn around, you can interact closely with your lover and take care of the children playing in the living room at any time. The wonderful design fills every space in the home.

中厨和西厨互不打扰，充当衔接者的吧台功不可没，既是双厨的操作台面，又是餐饮一角，谁说浪漫与实用不可兼得？

Chinese and Western cooks do not disturb each other, and the bar serves as a connecting link. It is not only the operating table of the double kitchen, but also a part of the catering industry. Who says that romance and reality can not be achieved at the same time?

白色贝壳椅与木质餐桌，点缀的星星绿植，人在其中，无时无刻不感受着与空间的共生之美。

White dining chairs and wooden dining tables, dotted with stars and green plants, people in them, all the time feel the beauty of symbiosis with space.

二楼是一个完整的主卧套间，令人心动的除了面积，还有这温馨惬意的居住空间。临窗设休闲沙发，给足慵懒舒适的家居氛围。

The second floor is a complete master bedroom suite. In addition to the area, there is a warm and comfortable living space. A lazy sofa is set up near the window to provide a lazy and leisure home atmosphere.

标榜拎包入住的精装房并不能满足大部分人对家的向往，每个家庭的生活方式不同，设计要从生活的方方面面去考虑，保留它的可取之处，优化不合理的空间，让每一处都有自己的起承转合。

The hardbound rooms that boast to live in can't satisfy most people's yearning for home. Different families have different life styles ,Design should be considered from all aspects of life, retain its merits and optimize unreasonable space.

空间虽大，却不需刻意填满。设计师用最朴素的色彩、最常见的建材，描绘了一幅关于本心的写意画。白、褐、浅灰；棉麻、反绒、木饰面、玻璃窗、灯饰，皆是你我生活的充分诠释。它们不仅仅是一种颜色、一种材质，更是人与人、人与心的情感寄托。

Although the space is large, it does not need to be filled deliberately. the designer paints a freehand painting about the original mind with the most simple colors and the most common building materials. White, brown, and light gray; cotton, linen, suede, wood veneer, glass windows, and lighting are the full interpretation of your and my life. They are not only a color, a material, but also the emotional sustenance of people and hearts.
