本案是86㎡的三室两厅户型，准备作为小两口的婚房使用。业主喜欢现代简约风和一些金属、石材的质感，因此在设计中，确定了简约风格，用莫兰迪色系和丰富的材质共同打造出一个独属于他们的个性空间。

紧凑的客餐厅空间里，低饱和度的莫兰迪色系异常出彩。柔和内敛的底色有效放大视觉观感，家的温馨程度也随之提高。

设计说明

①整体格局十分紧凑，客厅面积较小，将阳台包进客厅。阳台设置洗衣区和隐形家政区，生活功能齐全。

②入户即餐厅，在进门处增设分体式收纳柜，满足玄关和餐厅的收纳需求。

③三室设计为两个卧室和独立书房，主卧飘窗做成悬空梳妆台，便于使用。书房的收纳空间较大，也可以作为衣帽间使用。

④原始卫生间有些局促，向书房借空间，调整成舒适的L型布局，并有独立淋浴房。
