如若，生活失去平衡，空間了無秩序，那麼人，以何種姿態立足于天地？而“以自我的真實”為根本的現代精神發展至今，畸變衍生出諸多娛樂至尚，物質至上的逐流之輩。對於以空間設計師自居的我們而言，空間誕生的本質又在哪裡？

If life is out of balance and space is out of order, what posture does man stand on? The modern spirit, which is based on the reality of self, has developed up to now. As for us, who are the designers of space, where is the nature of space birth ?

亞新 · 美好蓮城樣板間

我們企圖讓空間訴說其歸屬的語言，詮釋其作為凝聚人一生喜怒哀樂的場所，所傳達出的，生活之於人的真諦。在有限的空間內，完成對生活應用場域的劃分，講述人居空間里，無法直觀卻無處不在的秩序。

We try to let the space tell the language of its belonging, interpret it as a place to condense people's life, and convey the true meaning of life to people. In the limited space, the division of living application field is completed, and the order that cannot be seen everywhere in human living space is described.

現代棲居美學 | B1樣板間 80㎡

我們在固定的樣板房空間，以對生活場景的深度思考，對空間進行合理的使用區域劃分，我們不界定任何形式主義，而關心人在空間內居住的真實生活體驗感。

We do not define any formalism in the fixed model room space, and we are concerned about the real life experience of people living in the space.

B1樣板間以橙黃色為主調，拉開“現代摩登”的戲劇帷幕，藝術掛畫抽象大氣，一派橙黃色系激活空間的生活氣息，洋溢著秋收時的喜悅歡脫。

B1 model room gives priority to tone with orange yellow, pull back "modern modern" drama curtain, artistic hang a picture abstract atmosphere, one school orange yellow fastens the life breath that activates a space, be permeated with the joy that the autumn closes.

/ 用餐空間 /

當不同的使用場景在同一空間內共存，如何保持空間場景的連貫性，同時引得區域與區域之間的個性凸顯出來，便成為設計考量的原則之一。在B1樣板間的設計色系與材料挑選上，現代燈飾與墻面掛畫別具一格地相互呼應著，在統一中又不失細節大氣。

When different use scenes coexist in the same space, how to maintain the coherence of the space scenes and bring out the individuality between the regions becomes one of the design considerations. The design color that fastens between B1 model and material is chosen on, contemporary lamp act the role ofing and metope hang a picture to each other with unique style ground echo, do not lose detail atmosphere again in unified.

/ 書房 /

從書房的實木地板到盥洗區域的木色櫃體，以木系色彩聯結兩個空間，使空間自由對話，再以不同櫃體的形式變化去暗示空間機能的不同，沒有繁複的線條，現代簡約的櫃子在各自空間中演繹著至關重要的空間收納角色。

/ 主臥空間 /

我們追尋空間誕生的本質，以最純粹的設計角度去組構空間，注重空間的串聯功能。以明朗的糅黃色為主，米灰色為輔的色系，塑造出乾淨歡快的空間格調，達到“簡約風也可以活力俏皮”的裝飾效果。

We pursue the nature of the birth of space, to the most pure design perspective to fabric space, pay attention to the function of spatial series.With anacreontic mix yellow is given priority to, the color that rice gray is auxiliary is fastened, model gives clean and cheerful space style, achieve "contracted wind also can vigor is nifty" adornment effect.

如同日本設計大師原研哉所言“諸如一隻打破的雞蛋蛋黃之澄澄金黃，或是一盞茶杯中滿盈的茶水，都不只是顏色。它們其實是在一種更深的層次上，帶著其物質本性中所固有的屬性，諸如質感與味道等一起被看到，人們是通過這些元素的組合看到顏色的。”

As Japanese design master Kenya hara said: "the color of a broken egg yolk, or a cup full of tea, is not just color. They are actually seen at a deeper level, with attributes inherent in their physical nature, such as texture and taste, through the combination of these elements.

/ 次臥空間 /

次臥空間正是在這種不為形式所拘束的構思下，以明朗自然的藝術裝設，搭配無形主義的掛畫，在輕盈的氛圍中，屏住一絲穩重成熟的氣息，營造出一個時尚舒適的高品位藝術空間，詮釋出原研哉所述“現代主義本身帶有的孤獨”，以及不追求形式反使人越發轉向內在，悠然生出純粹的快樂。

/ 平面圖 /

書香茶韻，素雅居室 | A2戶型 97㎡

美國建築師Louis Sullivan曾提出這樣的美學觀念“Form Follows Function”（形式總是追隨功能），空間中的形式由功能而來，功能性設計溯源生活而來，因果互糅。A2樣板間正是在注重功能性設計的基礎上，以人為本，打造出適配美學的素雅居室。

A2 model is in the attention to the basis of functional design, people-oriented, to create a suitable aesthetic simple and elegant bedroom.

引自然光線入室，采素淨花蕾綴廳，步履不停，蘭香隨行。廳以“雲山飛鳥圖”為景，攫取大自然樂活因子融入室內，空山新雨，雲海裊裊，營造出“山氣日夕佳，飛鳥相與還”的空間意境，將中國傳統制式渲入室內，以新的面貌展示現代空間，達成和諧相宜的生活狀態。

Bring the natural light into the room, gathering the flowers and buds hall, walking, along with flowers. The hall takes the "cloud mountain bird map" as the scene, captures the natural joy living factor into the indoor, the empty mountain new rain, the cloud sea curl, creates "the mountain gas day is beautiful, the bird is in harmony with return" the space artistic conception, the Chinese traditional standard type is carved into the indoor, presents the modern space with the new appearance, achieves the harmonious and appropriate living condition.

/ 用餐空間 /

用餐及待客區域作為生活柴米油鹽及日常消遣的共享空間，深圳臻品設計團隊以中式簡約的設計手法營造頗具韻味禪意的家居氛圍。陽光、雲霧與連綿丘壑為景，簡單點綴呼應空間的寫意氣質，構畫出人文空間的雅緻格調。

The dining and entertaining area serves as a Shared space for daily life, and the shenzhen top quality design team creates a zen household atmosphere with simple Chinese design techniques. Sunshine, clouds and ravines are sceneries, simple ornament echo space's freehand temperament, construct the elegant style of humanity space.

所有的功能設計基於對生活使用場景的理解，隨之而來的無論是形式的展開，還是動線的改變，都是基於功能的更好體現。以客餐廳為主交流中心，共享室外自然光線，空間中融入東方沉穩靈性，不同的光線交互，用時間痕跡細膩刻畫溫潤與澄靜，營造當代人文雅緻的空間語言。

All functional design is based on the understanding of life use scenes, and the subsequent changes, whether in form or motion line, are based on better representation of functions.Take guest restaurant as the main communication center, share outdoor natural light, the space is blended into Oriental composed and spiritual, different light is interactive, with time trace exquisite depict wen run and clear static, build contemporary humanity refined space language.

/ 烹飪空間 /

引一抹陽光入內，星甸繁花與天賜光線相互成就，瞬間將烹飪空間巧妙升華，構築一隅人間煙火的溫情。

The cooking space brings a ray of sunshine into it, and the flowers and the heaven-sent light make each other successful, which sublimates the space subtly and constructs the warmth of fireworks in a corner of the world.

/ 主臥空間 /

主臥空間貫徹整體居室的素淨色系，淡淡的墨韻在床頭濃郁暈開，配以富有雅趣的軟雕飾件，書香茶韻，抒寫出秀雅風華的空間底蘊。

/ 次臥空間 /

雕琢玉石，筆墨水紋，暗自留香的次臥空間瀰漫著東方靈性氣質，隱隱透出“窗竹影搖書案上，野泉聲入硯池中”，這樣一派與世無爭的自在澄靜。
